After Sales Car Care Clinic

The Service Department once again opened its doors to Mercedes-Benz customers. The Car Care Clinic gives Mercedes-Benz owners the opportunity to see what's involved in servicing their vehicle here at Morrisons.

With seven work stations set up through out the workshop customers were taken around in groups of around ten people to see things like the differences between front, rear and four wheel drive, diagnostic (how we diagnose problems in the vehicle), the air conditioning system, how to correctly change a wheel, general servicing, wheel alignment and a parts department tour.

The Car Care Clinic gives customers the opportunity to ask any questions they may have regarding their car and to gain a greater understanding of the service and parts department.
