On Thursday 4th October, 60 of Morrison Motors Customers went along to view Jill Dupeix new cookbook LIGHTEN UP at The Essential Ingredient in Crows Nest.

Born in Australia, Jill now lives in London. A self-taught cook, she was the Times Cook for six years and is one of our most inspiring food writers. Behind her trademark simple, modern healthy recipes lies a deep understanding and enthusiasm for good food from around the world.

Jill contributes regularly to Delicious magazine and is the author of 14 cookbooks including Simple Food, Very Simple Food and Good Cooking.

Jill took the time to speak to everyone regarding her book and signed books that were purchased on the evening.
