Symphony in Motion

On Sunday 16 September 2007 at 7:oopm Morrisons will reverberate to the sounds of a very different engine as Lane Cover Youth Orchestra, with conductor Mark Brown, presents 'Symphony in Motion'. Happily this concert will also feature a performance from the fabulous Chatswood High School String Ensemble, with director Michael Tabrett.

 

Fasten your seat belts! - The performance will culminate when the two ensembles, flanked by sleek luxury vehicles, combine to give a thrilling performance of the speedy and exciting:

These popular works from contemporary Australian artists, Hindson and Abbott, were the inspiration for this sizzling event but the program also includes works from American composers Hopkins & Spata plus well known pieces from Holst, Sibelius & Borodin.

 

Light refreshments will be provided including a collection of premium wines from BackVintage Wines Australia selected by Nick Bulleid, Australia's 3rd Master of Wine.
