S 65 L AMG
The S 65 AMG follows the successful launch of the new S-Class, in Australia, in February 2006. Like the SL 65 AMG, the S 65 AMG is making its first appearance on the Mercedes-Benz price list. The AMG 6.0-litre V12 Bi-Turbo engine develops 612 hp and a full 1000 Nm of torque.
Further technical highlights include the AMG high-performance braking system with composite discs at the front and rear as well as a world first in the shape of twin sliding callipers at the front wheels.
The exterior positively exudes dynamism, featuring AMG bodystyling with a special S 65 AMG front apron and new 19" AMG multipiece light-alloy wheels, while the interior has a distinctly exclusive, sporty feel.
